“Data Group” is a collective name, not a registered company. It is the identity the businesses above operate under and are known by. Each is a separate legal entity with its own registration, its own licences and its own registered address; the Group has no registered office of its own, and the Jaipur address is the shared head office.
Group figures — turnover and headcount — are therefore aggregates across these companies rather than one entity’s audited accounts.
