“Data Group” is a collective name, not a registered company. It is the identity the businesses above operate under and are known by. Each is a separate legal entity with its own registration, its own licences and its own registered address; the Group has no registered office of its own, and the Jaipur address is the shared head office.
Group figures, turnover and headcount, are therefore aggregates across these companies rather than one entity’s audited accounts.
Also: agriculture, green energy and real estate interests, and AASTHA, a registered trust carrying the Group’s philanthropic work.
